Shipping & delivery

• FREE express shipping Australia-wide on orders of $75.00 or more.
• Orders under $75.00 ship express for a flat $9.95.
• We dispatch within 1–2 business days. Most metro addresses land in 2–4 business days; regional & remote can take a little longer.
• We ship within Australia only for now.
• We'll email tracking once your order's on its way. If it hasn't moved in 7 business days, get in touch and we'll chase it.

Returns & refunds

We keep prices low by keeping things simple, so we don't offer change-of-mind returns — please double-check the size, shank and type before you order (our bit picker and the dimension diagrams on each product page are there to help).

That said, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are rock solid and nothing here takes them away. If a bit arrives faulty, damaged, not as described, or it doesn't do what we said it would, you're covered — see the consumer guarantees below.

How to lodge a faulty / incorrect item

1. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo of the issue.
2. We'll confirm the problem and sort a replacement or refund.
3. For genuine faults or our mistake, we cover return postage.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days of us receiving the item or confirming the fault.

Your consumer guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. For a major failure you're entitled to a replacement or refund of your choice, plus compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For a problem that doesn't amount to a major failure, you're entitled to have it repaired or replaced within a reasonable time.

Carbide bits are consumable cutting tools — normal wear, blunting from use, chipping from misuse, the wrong feeds/speeds, or running them outside their intended material isn't a fault. The guarantees cover manufacturing defects and items that aren't as described.

Privacy

• We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: your name, email and shipping address.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe — your full card details never touch our servers and we never see them.
• We use your email to send order confirmations, your tax invoice and shipping updates. We don't spam you and we don't sell your data to anyone.
• Want a copy of what we hold, or want it deleted? Email [email protected] and we'll sort it.

Terms of sale

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Show us ya bits is registered for GST and a tax invoice is emailed with every order.
• An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your confirmation. If an item is out of stock or listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel and refund you in full.
• Title to the goods passes to you on full payment; risk passes on delivery.
